Users can create, edit, and manage their website with any web browser, and can easily manage collaboration of multiple users with different rights to edit or publish pages within any given folder. For an example, see the Pygr Project page.

Create folders and put content in those folders. Folders will show up in the navigation box if they are published. It's a very simple and powerful system.
